The Challenge

Our client’s reliance on manual lab data processing created significant workflow bottlenecks. Their team spent excessive time processing raw data and generating reports, while facing increasing demand from the end customers. The manual nature of their process limited their capacity to analyze higher number of chemical markers and restricted the ability to scale.

Technology & Approach

We developed an AI-driven solution using Bedrock GenAI to streamline lab data processing. Leveraging OpenSearch, we implemented a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for intelligent incident analysis and chemical marker correlation.
