We Asked 300 Companies How They Use AI. Here’s What We Learned

Since 2022, when AI first became a mass-market product, much has changed. As generative AI became more user-friendly and widely available, small and mid-sized businesses began to feel its impact too.

Major software providers (Amazon, Google, and Microsoft) have responded to this demand by making their GenAI tools more accessible, flexible, and business-friendly.

Over the past year, we’ve been collecting data from our partners and analyzing our own experience implementing AI solutions for client. n total, we studied 300 small and mid-sized companies across 5 major industries and 5 countries to understand how organizations are actually using generative AI in 2026, and to answer a few key questions:

  • How profitable is AI in real business terms?
  • What kinds of routine tasks does AI already handle effectively?
  • Which industries see the strongest results from GenAI?
  • And what does it take to get the most out of it?

All findings are available in our new PDF whitepaper.
